What data we collect
Through the contact and free audit forms we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, website address and message. Technically we also record your IP address, browser information and the source that referred you.

Why we use it
We use this data only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, run contractual processes and meet our legal obligations. We do not send marketing email without your explicit consent.

Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with our hosting, email and analytics providers, strictly to the extent the service requires. Those providers act as data processors.

Retention
Data submitted through forms is retained for a maximum of three years after contact. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, statutory retention periods apply. Data is securely deleted once the period ends.

You have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. To exercise these rights write to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days at the latest.

Security
Site traffic is encrypted with TLS, database access is limited by least privilege, and the admin panel is protected with layered authentication.
