Process

Predictable growth in five steps

The process is the same for every client; its content is shaped entirely by your data.

  1. Discovery & diagnosis

Technical crawl, log analysis, competitor and entity research, baseline AI visibility. We put a number on where you stand.

  2. Strategy & roadmap

A priority matrix: highest impact, shortest time first. A clear ninety-day roadmap with targets.

  3. Technical foundation

Crawl budget, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data and information architecture. The shield is forged here.

  4. Content & authority

Topic clusters, E-E-A-T signals, citable content production and digital PR that builds real authority.

  5. Measure & scale

A live dashboard, a monthly read-out, scaling the formats that win and defending against algorithm updates.

What the first 90 days look like

Weeks 1–2

Diagnosis

Full technical crawl, performance and AI visibility baseline, competitor analysis. Findings become a prioritised list.

Weeks 3–4

Roadmap

The 90-day plan, target metrics and ownership are agreed. First technical fixes ship.

Month 2

Execution

Technical debt cleared, information architecture, structured data and the first content cluster go live.

Month 3

Momentum

Content velocity increases, authority work begins, and the first measurable organic lift is reported.

Questions we get a lot

How do we get started?
We start with a 30-minute intro call, then prepare the free audit and walk through the findings together. If we proceed, weeks one and two are full diagnosis, weeks three and four the roadmap.
How do you work with our in-house developers?
We deliver findings as implementable tickets: what to change, why, and how to test it. We can join your sprint ceremonies or simply hand over the written work — your call.
How many hours a month do you work, and who works on it?
We do not sell hours; we work against scope and deliverables.

Every project has one named specialist, with colleagues from the technical, content and data side joining as needed. You see what was done through the work list agreed at the start of the month and the outputs delivered at the end of it — not through a timesheet. There is no account manager in between; you talk to the person doing the work.
Do we approve every change before it goes live?
Every change that is visible on your site or structural goes through your approval first.

Content publishing, title and meta changes, redirects and template work all move through an approved list. Work on our own side — measurement setup, report structure — does not wait for sign-off. If you would rather not grant access, we hand every change to your own developers as a ready-to-apply list.
